the liminal refers to transitional stages and periods, to the blurring of fixed boundaries, to the occupation of the borderlands and to the in-between of stories, people and things.

cine liminal is a collectively curated film programme by students, anthropologists, film enthusiasts and filmmakers. together we organise screenings with discussions in kino in der reitschule in bern.
